My Why

I'm working with MY POWER MALL because of the economy. When stock market dropped so did my in come. We are making it but it's as tight as a rusty bolt on the Titanic.

I aslo have a grandson who is going to have to have an operation on his leg and we have got to find a way to help pay for it. It won't be easy but God will be there to help us.

MPM was introduced to me by one of my link partners I exchanged links with on my web site. I jump at the chance about 19 months ago.

I have went through 2 Boot Camps learning how to operate my own mall. I have learned a lot but I know I need to learn a lot more.

What I like about MPM is the fact that I can make money but at the same time i'm helping CHANGE THE WORLD while doing it. Corperate doesn't take all the money fron the malls. A large portion of it goes to charities around the world. I may not be able to give much but with mine and all the other WORLD CHANGERS we can make a huge difference.

I like the fact that a NON PROFIT ORG. can have a MALL for free. This way they can get started without having to put up any money that needs to be used somewhere else.

Where do you get the most support? Like me you probably get it from your family. Well let me welcome to the FAMILY of MY POWER MALL. Here we help each other when we run into road blocks and dips. All you have to do is hollor and someone will be there to help you. I have had to call on a couple of ladies, (Tess, and Susan) several times and they always pulled me out of the ditch.

There is so much more I could say about MPM but I think you can get the picture of why I believe in MPM.

Has this blog enlightened you about MPM? I hope so, but if you don't like it or I need to add something let me know. I'm not a great writer but I try to let my feelings be known. If you have something good to say great, if it is something BAD that's even better because you can help me and my blog do a better job of talking to you.

Take care and Hug Your Family Tomorrow May Be To Late.

Didn't Get Skunked

Well well will wonders never cease? I checked my back office today with the help of Susan and guess what, I had a BM sign up on July 14th but was never notified.

It came from the leads and e mails we sent out. I have got to get hold of him tomorrow and see if he will up grade to a WCM.

Hope it's not to late for him to get the certificates if he goes up grade.

Day 20 Last Day of Boot Camp

Well we made it threw the Boot Camp and no one seems to have any lasting effects. It was tough at times but the good times more than made up for it.

Had a trying day, wound up buying a new pick up. Traded my old 1985 Ford F250 with over 500,ooo miles on it. But couldn't turn down the $4500.00 the cash for clunkers offered.

Got my contacts today and did a few follow up calls before we went to Midland.

This is short and sweet, I'm tired and my head hurts so I am calling it quits for tonight.

Thank all of you for being a part of the Boot Camp.

Hug your loved ones.

Day 19 and getting close.

Ho Ho Ho said the jolly fat man. That should be all of our attitudes also. Find the bright spot every day, the gloomy ones will try to take over.

Enjoyed the call tonight, we will still have to keep in touch after this. I still think the LADIES did a great job. (I'll use the term ladies in a loose manner) Smile it's doesn't hurt I promise.

Got my contacts today and had a great time doing it. It sure makes the day go faster when you are enjoying yourself. I could tell you a whole bunch of details but they are not as important as doing what you said you would do.

Thanks again everyone for your kindness you have shown me and letting me be a part of this Boot Camp.

Hug your loved ones and tell them how much you love them.

Sleep tight

Day 18 and Counting

Good evening. Just a few lines to let you in on the day. We had a great call this morning nearly all of the campers were on there.

My hat goes off to all of you. Shannon, you have stayed the course and have done a great job. You may not have any malls yet but you will. Tina you have set the pace for the contacts. I think you are doing a great job and it is going to pay off for you sooner or later. Linette you are getting out there and getting the malls they may not be World Changers yet but I know you can turn the people around and get them to up grade. Adrian has led the way with the # of malls and has set a goal for all of us to try and reach. Way to go.

Ms. Susan you are an inspiration to all of the Boot Campers, filling in and working behind the scenes. It has been my honor to get to work with you.

Got my contacts today, wasn't as easy as usual but it all worked out.

I'm ready to call it a day, so all of you have a great night.

Hug your loved one before you go to bed.

Day 16 Last Week.

Well we got the law laid down to us today. Jackie was a great drill Sargent. She is right, we need to do what we said we would do. Sure it's a drag to get it done every day, but that was the deal when we went into this Boot Camp. Good show Jackie.

I met with a NPO over the weekend and gave the board a presentation, but they decided not to get in at this time.

Did lots of follow up calls over the weekend. Didn't have much sucess but I connected with several of the people.

Got my leads today in several different places. Talked with a family from Odessa that were on their way to San Antonio to go to Sea World and Feista Texas.

Take time to tell your loved ones how much you love them.

Day 13 Still looking Forward

Hello all what a great day. We had to go to a Planning Comission meeting today. Had already talked to the people there about MPM but gave them and update on the Solar Oven Factory and the certificates.

Had to have a wind shield put in the pickup and talked to the guys there at the shop. They were more interested in going home than listening to me.

Made Wal Mart and got my contacts there, people were in a rush and would hardly slow down to talk.

Good day though, take them as they come and move on.

Tell your loved ones how much you love them every day.

Day 12 Gotta get Moving

Had a great day. Put some flyers out about the solar oven, Post Office, T & C , Library and a few other places.

Called a bunch of older leads today and got to give two interviews. These were leads I had bought last November. It felt good to talk to someone instead of a machine.

Got my contacts today in Iraan, we drove over and ate pizza and did a little talking. People were ina big hurry today, just didn't want to take a few minutes to slow down and talk.

We all need to slow down and take a look at where we are in our lives. We need to look around and see just how much beauty there is in life.

Hug your loved one extra hard tonight.

If they wanted to let the whole board look at it I would come and give the presentation. He said he would get back with me.

Did lots of calling and e mailing the contacts I have gotten over the last 2 weeks. Phone calls were not much, answering machine and no answers. Had 2 people finally tell me they weren;t interested.

Day 4 Full of Suprises

Day 4 was alright. I got my 5 contacts without to much trouble.

I invited two couples over to our home to watch the video. They both showed up and we talked for awhile then watched the video.

One couple was espically interested in the program. They had tried different home based business but were well pleased with MPM. They thought it would be a great fit for his DAD who is retired and needing more income.

We talked about putting their son under them and building the team under him so he can have a college fund.

I picked up my other 3 contacts at Town & Country.

Day 3 Tried Something Different

Not to shabby a day. Made the call this morning and learned a few things, you always can if you pay attention.

I tried calling a few people today to see if I could go to their home and talk to them about MPM.
It took several tries but I was able to go talk to 5 people at their home. I wasn't satisfied with the results but I got started at it.

They were all ladies and I talked to them about MPM, and the gas & grocery rebates, and how they can save money on the things they buy anyway.. For various reasons I never got one of them to go online while I was there to look at the site. All of them wanted to wait until their husbands got home to watch it with them.

I thanked them and left, but had their e mail address and I sent all of them an e mail with all the directions to my Foundation Mall. I intend to get back with them tomorrow and see if they have any questions or concerns.

I have 2 appointments for tomorrow afternoon. One is the athletic director's wife and the youth minister's wife.

Tomorrow will be a better day. If it's not there is always another day .

Day 2 Busy, Busy for an old man.

Day 2 got off to a fast start. Tuesday is the day I strip the bed and wash the sheets and vacum the house. All went well and I got mine and the neighbors yard mowed before poisoning some weeds.

Got 1 lead at the bank today, a lady that was visiting a friend in town. Got 2 at the Rankin Drive in , both were girls in college. #4 was a local lady that wasn't to sure about what was going on. I told her i would be there to help her in anyway I could, that she had people ready to help her anytime.

Got #5 at the Town and Country Drive in. Avery nice lady from Houston.

Then things got a little sticky. A lady from New Mexico sure put a damper on things. She was a MPM member at some time and was very unhappy with it. She let it be known in a very frank way. Never gave me her name so we could find out how to make her happy with MPM.

All of you have a great night.

Put the hugs on your loved ones.

Phillip

Day #1 Off to a fast pace.

Well we got started this morning with a bang. It was nice listening to everyone share their ideas and hopes. All in all I think everyone is looking for the same thing, sign up WORLD CHANGERS.

I had to get out and get in the heat today to get my 5 leads. It was 102 and no signs of it cooling off any. I was at the Town & Country when a van load of ladies pulls up for a pit stop and a cold drink.

There were 10 of them and I was able to get 5 of them to talk about MPM. I was able to get some names and e mail address from them and 1 phone #.

Their sponsor was hurrying them along so they wouldn't be late for their meeting. They still had a 100 miles to go.

Looking forward to working with all the team members. We have a great bunch of Boot Campers.

Good night sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite.
